How we think
Practical, local, and long term.
Brodecco approaches land with the mindset of an operator: understand the site, respect the community context, evaluate entitlement and infrastructure realities, and move with clarity. The goal is not simply to transact land, it is to identify opportunities that can become durable, livable places.
That perspective is shaped by years of leading teams through market cycles, legacy asset plans, rezoning efforts, production systems, and complex community launches across the region.

History
Craftsmanship has always been part of the story.
Construction and craftsmanship have always been part of Jarod’s life. Raised in a family rooted in home improvement, lumber, and homebuilding, he spent much of his childhood working alongside his father and grandfathers on construction projects throughout the summers. Through businesses such as Leech Brothers Home Improvement, Darby Humbert Lumber Company, and Blaney Home Improvement, the values of hard work, craftsmanship, integrity, and pride in building something lasting were instilled at an early age.
Although Jarod initially pursued a different path (earning a degree in accounting and beginning his career with a large accounting firm), he ultimately found himself drawn back to the building industry. That passion led to a long and successful career in homebuilding leadership, where he spent decades helping shape teams, businesses, homes, and communities.
Today, Brodecco reflects those same lifelong values: thoughtful design, quality craftsmanship, strong relationships, and a commitment to creating homes and communities built to stand the test of time.
