Jarod is a senior homebuilding executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience across residential real estate operations, finance, land, construction, sales, marketing, and strategic growth.

He began his career with Deloitte before moving into homebuilding, where he served as a Project Manager at NVR, Controller for Lennar, CFO and COO of Stanley Martin Homes, and President of the Mid-Atlantic for PulteGroup. That path gives him a practical view of the business from field execution and accounting controls to capital deployment, margin expansion, organizational design, executive leadership, and full P&L accountability.

His experience spans private equity-backed platforms, M&A transactions, complex board reporting, publicly filed financial statements, IPO readiness, large debt facilities, joint ventures, land banks, and operations in one of the country’s most complex and land-constrained housing markets.

He has worked across multi-family low- and mid-rise construction, single-family attached and detached homes, Active Adult communities, master planned developments, rezonings, land acquisition, development, construction, sales, and customer-facing operations.

Jarod holds an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a B.S. in Accounting from Liberty University. He also brings CPA credentials, Virginia Class A contractor license, and direct accountability for businesses generating more than $600 million in annual revenue and $125 million in pretax earnings.
